Sky Valley Parks, located near Palm Springs, California, is the first and only RV resort in Sky Valley. Tim Manthei, together with his brothers, started building RV spaces in 1970 around the mineral hot springs unique to Sky Valley and surrounding area. Since then, Sky Valley Resorts, together with Caliente Springs, (built in 1987 as a 55+ RV resort), has grown to over 1700 spaces. Both resorts are owned and operated by the Manthei family.
