Rules

Pools & Spas
Open 8:00AM - 11:00PM at Sky Valley. No lifeguard on duty. As per California law, children under 14 may not use the pool or spa when unaccompanied by an adult. No glass in the pool area. No alcohol or smoking. Showering is absolutely required before entering a pool or spa. Children under 3 must use a swim diaper. No pets in the pool area.

Site Parking
Parking on empty RV sites is prohibited, vehicles illegally parked may be fined and/or towed at owner's expense. Only one RV per site. All RVs, golf carts, and automobiles shall be parked on the sites. All vehicles must be registered with the office. No vehicle mechanical maintenance or repair of any kind is allowed on your site-this includes changing any automotive fluids and oil. Washing of RV's is allowed with hose sprayer restricting water flow.

Guest Parking
Guest vehicles must be parked in designated areas. Streets must be kept clear overnight (per CA Fire Code). Vehicles illegally parked may be fined and/or towed at owner's expense. No parking in empty lots or spaces is allowed.

Quiet Hours
Please be considerate of your neighbors and reduce noise from 10:00PM - 8:00AM. Be considerate in the use of outdoor televisions or radios.

Septic System
The following are the only things that should go down the drain: bodily waste, toilet paper, water, mild cleaning products, and absolutely nothing else!

Speed Limit
The speed limit inside the resort is 10 mph, unless posted otherwise. This includes golf carts and electric bikes. No skateboards, bikes or scooters allowed on the pool deck areas or sports courts. All golf cart drivers must have a valid driver's license or be accompanied by a responsible party with a valid driver's license.

Ponds
Fishing and swimming are not permitted in the resort ponds. No kayaking or boating of any form.

Laundry Facilities
Laundry rooms are open from 8:00AM - 10:00PM. Machines operate on debit/credit cards, no coin laundry is available.

Visitors
RV site rental is based on four-person occupancy. All overnight visitors must register at the Park Office and may be subject to an additional fee. Guests must be present with visitors at all resort amenities. Guests entertaining visitors are responsible for any damages or charges which result from their visitors.

Smoking/Alcohol
Smoking is not permitted in any of our public facilities. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in any resort facility unless with prior management approval. Please be considerate of your neighbors when smoking outdoors.

Fires
Only gas burning fire pits or fire tables are permitted to be used on RV sites. The burning of any wood or other combustible material on an RV site is strictly prohibited. Charcoal grills for cooking purposes are allowed.

Pet Policy
All pets must be on a leash anywhere outside unless at the dog park. If outside, a responsible party must be with the pet outside. No pet may be left outside unattended at any time. Pick up all dog waste immediately and properly dispose of it in the trash. Only registered service animals on a leash are allowed in the resort facilities. Pets must not bark, run loose, or disturb other guests at any time. Aggressive and uncontrolled pets will not be allowed to remain in the resort. No pets in the ponds or pool areas.

Site Appearance & Renter Conduct
All guests agree to keep their site clean, neat and in an orderly fashion at all times. No hanging of clothes, including bathing suits or towels in view of the street (and Golf Course at Caliente Springs). Do not leave any tarps, canopy or awnings out overnight or unattended due to wind.

Access Codes
Codes for the library, fitness rooms and gates can be obtained at the Front Office. This code changes regularly.

Conduct
We promote an environment where all of our guests, residents and employees are treated with kindness and respect. Actions by any person that includes verbal or physical abuse, profanity or foul language, yelling or threatening or intimidating behavior will not be tolerated. Violators of the policy may be asked to leave the park. Also, any person creating a nuisance or a health and safety issue may be asked to leave the resort.
