Rates are effective May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026, and are subject to change after this date. Monthly rates do not include electricity.
Note: If a park model home needs to be placed on an RV site, any standing RV reservation may be assigned a different site to accommodate this situation. This includes locked-in reservations.

RV site types
Each RV site at Sky Valley resort is unique. Read below to find out what site type you might enjoy the most!
Elite RV Sites
Elite Sites — Upgraded RV sites that may be pull throughs or back-ins. May have fencing for privacy, a pergola area, lake view, seating area or turf.
Deluxe RV Sites
Deluxe — These sites are close to amenities and the clubhouse area. Deluxe sites may be pull throughs or back-ins.
Standard RV Sites
Standard — Regular sites are interior lots within walking distance of the clubhouse and amenities. These sites are back-ins and have a nice concrete pad.
Value RV Sites
Value — These sites are a steal! Further away from the clubhouse and amenities, they offer incredible views of the San Jacinto Mountain range. Value sites can accommodate small RVs and trailers only.
